Government social franchise - “tinh chi em"

Although government Commune Health Stations are the primary point of care for rural populations, they lack capacity to provide quality SRH and FP care.

‘tinh chi em’ Government Social Franchise develops the capacity of Commune Health Stations to increase access to SRH and FP services in rural areas. This franchise model focuses to low income and ethnic minority women in rural areas.

To date, 370 franchisees have been established in 7 provinces, including many that were financed with local government resources.

In 2016, these Commune Health Stations served over 543 million clients and generated 61 million CYPs.
